Bio

Dr. Bizimana is currently working on the Feed the Future Innovation Laboratory for Small Scale Irrigation project led by the Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture at Texas A&M University. This project is funded by the USAID and implemented in Ethiopia, Ghana, and Tanzania. One of his main duties is related to farm level economic analysis using Monte Carlo simulation modeling to evaluate economic and nutritional impact of small-scale irrigation technologies on family farms.

Some of Dr. Bizimana's other research interests are in market information economics with a focus on commodity markets integration in developing countries.

Dr. Bizimana has more than 10 years experience workin in international agricultural and rural development sectors both in his home country of Rwanda, and in Mali.
