Bio
Natalie Graff is an assistant professor in the Agricultural Economics Department and works in the Agricultural and Food Policy Center. Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science and a master’s and PhD in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. Natalie began working for AFPC as a graduate student in 2018. She is part of the AFPC representative farm team, specifically working with the beef and dairy operations. Her research aims to address producer and policymaker questions related to livestock economics and livestock policy and risk management. Natalie grew up in D'Hanis, TX where her family still farms and ranches.
