At the request of U.S. Representative Pat Fallon (TX-4), the Agricultural and Food Policy Center (AFPC) at Texas A&M University analyzed the effects of domestic phosphate fertilizer prices and costs incurred by U.S. agricultural producers resulting from the U.S. Countervailing Duty (CVD) on Moroccan phosphate fertilizer imports.
